Summery Samples

Hello! Here is today's summery jamicure using two free sample wraps. It is certainly much brighter and more cheerful than the weather outside by a mile!

The wraps featured here are called Sorbet and Sweet Surprise. I have combined them with my own nail varnish that I made from scratch (it's pinker in real life!)

A word about the samples. They are smaller than the wraps you get when you order a set. Here's a pic that I took last night to give you a better idea of the scale (the gorgeous design on the right is called Fractal). It's not the most glam photo ever, as I took it against the background of my daughter's chemistry book, but you get the idea!

So Nailicious

Clear Wraps

I love clear wraps just as they are, but they also look great over coloured polish. I'm looking forward to the day when we get the Jamberry lacquers, but until then I have used my own nail polish that I made myself (Lantern Lily - Imperial Grape). I've paired it here with Granada as the accent wrap. I hope you like it! April x

Football Fever

I'm very excited about tonight's kick-off, but did you know that you can customise your nails to show your support too? The first mixed mani set is called Striker and the second one is called Soccer. There's no England flag, but you can show your support for England, Wales and Northern Ireland (sadly no Scotland team this time). If you are worried that we may exit at the group stage, can I suggest a couple of accent nails rather than the whole hog? But if the whole hog is more your thing,  have a look at this fantastic jamicure (thank you, Stephanie Butters!)

Pamper Evening

Hello! Here are some photos from my first vendor event - a charity pamper evening in aid of Guide Dogs that was held at Hope Farm Methodist Church in Ellesmere Port. It was a lovely evening with a great range of local businesses offering beauty treatments and products. Guests applied wraps and lots of lovely cake was eaten! I am very much looking forward to the next one.

Another event coming up is the Summer Fair at Birkenhead High School Academy on Saturday, 25th June at 11am. Do come and say hello! April x
